Memorial Bench (CVE Edition)

You may be asking 'Why is a CVE Edition required'

While the acrylic used is the same as our Sublimation version, the tolerance for fitment of the legs is a little tighter as we do not need to accommodate for any shrinkage that may occur during the sublimation process.

'Can I still sublimate these if purchased?'

Of course, the same time/temp guide applies to these blanks the same as our others, and a lower pressure should minimise shrinkage (but all set ups are different), should you find fitment a little tight, our standard assembly guidance still applies.

Assembly

Every effort is made so that fitment of pieces will hold without additional work, however sometimes due to variations in manufacturing of the materials, and upon being sublimated, you may find fitment to be a little loose or a little tight.

For instances when things become a little loose, you may need a dab of glue to keep them in place, if the blank is intended for assembly and disassembly you can brush the tabs with clear nail varnish and allow to dry to build up the thickness. Clear sticky tape can also be used in the same manner.

For those times when things are a little tight, a medium grade sandpaper, or craft file can quickly remove any unwanted artefacts.

Did you know? Sometimes simply turning a piece over can improve the fit.
