Licence Terms

USING THESE DESIGNS

  • All designs are provided as PNG Files saved at 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch)
  • Designs are intended for Personal or Small Commercial use only.
  • Small Commercial licencing is granted for the creation of PHYSICAL items (shirts, cups, signs, cards etc.) intended for resell only, and limited to 250 units per design. (Please contact us if you believe need to exceed that quantity as an extended commercial licence may be available POA).
  • Digital designs purchased from EasyBlanks.co.uk are supplied in compressed “.Zip” folder(s) and will require a suitable application to extract before they can be used.
  • Working with these files will require you to use a suitable software package such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Gimp, Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer etc.
  • Please note, reproduction quality, colour, and resolution all display differently on different monitors, and will be reproduced differently depending on your equipment and printer setup. No guarantee to the accuracy of design, colour reproduction, or resolution can be taken from the images displayed on this site.


TERMS OF USE

  • Purchase of this design does not grant the buyer any copyrights – the content remains the intellectual property of the EasyBlanks.
  • Digital files are not to be resold, distributed, gifted, shared, or traded. They are for the use of the individual, original purchaser only.
  • You CANNOT redistribute any designs as clipart or claim the item as your own for resale. You CANNOT deconstruct the graphic, combine with other graphics, repackage, and resell as digital clipart or a complete digital design or printed transfer. This includes uploading to Print on Demand services.
  • All digital file sales are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely event of a file error we will work with you to resolve any problems.
  • Where a design utilises elements of a Commercial Font, or Elements of another designer’s artwork, this is done in accordance to their licencing agreement, and those elements remain the property of the original artist.


REFUND POLICY

  • Once downloaded all files are non-refundable
